Chef Peter's Cheddar Corn Bread (gluten-free) 80gr Cheddar Cheese 100gr Maize (corn) meal 410gr (1x tin) Creamed sweet corn Red & Green peppers chopped very fine 3 large eggs 5ml Salt 3ml Bicarbonate of Soda 200ml Buttermilk 60ml Olive oil Method: 1) Grease a medium size bread pan 2) Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius 3) Mix all the ingredients together very well 4) Pour into bread pan and bake until done and wooden skewer comes out clean
